Entries can be any genre or theme and must not exceed 15 minutes in length. Entries must be made and produced
after January 1, 2010 (videos produced prior to this date will not be accepted).

Applicants must enter the appropriate age category (Under 18 years old, or 18 and older). Entries will be judged against each other within their age specific category.

NOTE: Profanity, sexual content and derogatory language towards any group or specific individual is prohibited.  Family-friendly films only.

Although any shooting format may have been used to produce the original film or video, the only acceptable submission formats for consideration are DVD or MiniDV tape. Do not send original prints, stills, or other materials related to the entry. Movietime Video and APK Studios will not be responsible for damage to videos resulting from shipping, handling, judging, or screening.

Entries will be judged by a panel selected by Movietime Video. Entries will be judged on Audience Appeal, Story, Directing, and other categories. A sample judge’s form can be found here: Judges Rating Guide

A $100.00 cash award will be given for the First (1st) place entry in each category that represents an overall outstanding achievement. A $50.00 cash award will be given for the Runner-Up (2nd) place entry. The decision of the judges is final.
